I got myself a pair of trousers, but it took more than two weeks for them to ship out. The customer service was pretty slow and not great at all. Honestly, the quality of the trousers just ain't worth the price they were asking.

Living up to the promise

I'm really pleased with how things went; my order showed up right on time. I had a concern about one product before it was sent out, and they got back to me super quick. Plus, they picked a delivery service that emailed me the time window for my stuff, and it arrived just as they said. Overall, a solid choice!

The boots I wanted were out of stock. They still charged my card, and I found out they wouldn't be shipped for another three weeks. It didn't help that they explained their awful traffic light system for tracking stock levels. Total garbage.

The team is super friendly and really helpful. The jackets and fleeces are top-notch, and the logos are done nicely. Our crew was quite pleased. I appreciate that we can try on a few items, and they provide a prepaid label for returns if needed, plus we can buy stuff with a logo. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely suggest this company.

I've placed orders with them a couple of times and the service has been top-notch each time. I had a defective product that required a replacement, and they quickly sent a new one without any fuss (shoutout to Carla). Plus, they didn’t make me deal with the trouble of returning the faulty item for evaluation. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again!

I ordered 50 baseball caps that required a logo to be stitched on. I sent over a picture of our current cap along with the artwork, asking them to replicate the size and placement. They provided a digital version of the logo that seemed alright. However, when the caps showed up, the logo was at least 30% bigger than it was supposed to be. When I raised this issue, they pointed fingers at me for approving the proof, which didn’t accurately represent how it would appear on a cap. The quality of the embroidery was also not up to par with the image they provided. I'm sending the items back.

UPDATE - Even after reaching out to their accounts department via email on November 28, I still haven't received a response from them.

I was in a pinch for some embroidered polo shirts for a race weekend. Bestworkwear really came through and shipped them out in just a couple of days. The quality, as usual, is top-notch. I’d definitely recommend them!

Awesome, I chatted with Olivia who answered the call and really assisted me a lot with what I needed, showing me around the website and sizes. Just superb, 5 out of 5 for sure... very helpful, not at all condescending, and super fast, (I bet they get the same queries all the time).

Fantastic communication and a top-notch product! A different company had informed me that they couldn't do the embroidery I needed for my company logo on a polo shirt, but these folks had no issues whatsoever! I highly suggest them!

I purchase a ton of work clothing for my job, and I can genuinely say that the service and communication from Carla are top-notch. No request is too big or small, whether I need a full box for a new employee, extra items, or products with several logos.

I got some fantastic service from this company, and I’d definitely recommend them. I decided to try out 10 shirts with our company logo stitched on. The quality of the shirts is excellent for the price, and the logo looks sharp too. All of this for just £13 per custom shirt is a steal, and I’ll be coming back to this company for all my future orders.

Awesome hats and excellent assistance. My initial order took some time since the hats were unavailable; once they were restocked, everything moved at lightning speed, the design was spot-on, and I received a top-notch product. I bought a pair of pants and two weeks later, they’re still MIA. Trying to reach out to them is like herding cats, except for that one time I was informed the pants were on their way from Germany but there was an issue. It’s pretty straightforward: if you can’t deliver, don’t promise you will. If you’re after Carhartt trousers like I was, hit up mi supplies instead; these jokers are more trouble than they’re worth.
